个人简历
    2005年于黑龙江大学获得学士学位,2005-2011年在中国科学院沈阳自动化所硕博连读,于2011年获得工学博士学位,随后留所参加工作;2015年作为访问学者在美国University of California, San Diego(UCSD)从事研究工作一年;现为机器人学国家重点实验室研究员、博士生导师,IEEE Senior Member;入选了中国科学院青年创新促进会优秀会员、兴辽英才、辽宁省“百千万人才工程”等人才项目;现担任中国自动化学会共融机器人专业委员会常务委员、中国光学工程学会委员、十四五国家重点研发计划“重大自然灾害防控与公共安全”重点专项总体实施方案论证专家等。
 
主要工作
    主要从事机器人视觉、图像处理和模式识别等方面的研究,尤其关注复杂光照、恶劣天气及极端环境等特殊条件下的视觉稳定性等瓶颈问题。作为负责人主持了科技部国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金共融机器人重大研究计划项目、国家自然科学基金委-深圳机器人联合基金重点项目等10余项。在国内外知名期刊及学术会议上发表论文50余篇,授权国家发明专利6项,率先提出“全天候机器人视觉 (All-Weather Robot Vision)”学术方向并出版了中英文学术专著各一部。研究成果在一些国家重大任务及企业工程实践中应用效果明显, 提高了机器视觉系统在复杂视觉环境下的适应性和感知能力。成果获辽宁省科学技术奖励自然科学奖一等奖(2020)、中国自动化学会自然科学一等奖(2019)、辽宁省自然科学学术成果奖一等奖(2010、2016)。
